Field Trip Hold Guidelines

Campers attending 2 or 3 days per week may place a hold on one field trip per week they are registered.
Campers attending 5 days per week may place a hold on two field trips per week they are registered.


⚠️ Please be sure to only place holds on field trips that fall on days your child is enrolled to attend camp.


You will be invoiced for every field trip you place on hold. Invoices will be sent via email by the end of March. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. This includes placing a hold on a field trip that falls on a day your child is not scheduled to attend camp.


Because of the large number of campers and field trip registrations, we are not able to cross-check each family's weekly schedule with field trip requests before invoicing. For that reason, it is extremely important that you double-check the days your child is enrolled before placing your field trip holds.
